Brad is a hands-on, highly experienced Stockman who knows his way around sheep, cattle, and goats across commercial, large-scale operations and sheep feedlots. He has a strong understanding of the livestock industry, with proven skills in breeding programs, genetics, nutrition, and performance, and isn\u2019t afraid to roll up his sleeves to get the job done.<\/p>\n
From mustering and drafting through to shearing and processing, Brad covers all bases. He works well with stock agents, clients, and contractors, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently day to day.<\/p>\n
He\u2019s proven himself in leadership roles, managing teams of up to 20 staff and contractors, and is confident with planning, budgeting, and keeping operations on track.<\/p>\n
On top of that, Brad\u2019s mechanically minded and can service and troubleshoot machinery, with plenty of experience in earthmoving \u2013 operating dozers, graders, and loaders.<\/p>\n
Add in skills across welding, fencing, water infrastructure, and pest and weed control, and you\u2019ve got a reliable all -rounder. Brad is now looking for a manager or assistant manager role in NSW.
