Meet Nate – a hardworking and experienced Senior Farm Hand seeking a senior role within a progressive grain operation. Nate brings extensive hands-on farming experience, with solid skills in cattle work and mustering alongside broadacre grain production. Confident in staff supervision including rostering, coordinating daily operations and maintaining accurate farm records.
Highly capable with all major farming machinery from spray rigs and planters to headers and harvest logistics. Mechanically minded with the ability to maintain and repair equipment, minimising downtime during critical periods. He is also experienced in earthmoving operations, including dozers, loaders, and graders, and confident in managing irrigation systems.
