Tammy

Tammy has been involved in the rural industry in one form or another her entire life, starting from when she was raised on various cattle, sheep and grain properties during her childhood. In her earlier working life, Tammy worked and managed retail and customer service while in her ‘spare time’ worked with her husband on the family cattle, horse and hay property. The long days and hard work stood in good stead helping them land their first cattle station management position.

Tammy spent the best part of the last 25 years of managing several cattle stations with her husband, always fostering connections between jobseekers and any work we had to offer. We always encouraged our employees to grow and become the best they could be, even if it has meant some tearful goodbyes. We have employed people from backpackers to fresh out of school teenagers with no experience but a burning desire to work cattle and ride horses, to experienced couples using us to get to the next stage of their careers as well as older gentlemen with lifetimes of experience and the yarns of those years to share and reminisce upon.

To now be working for AG Workforce directly connecting employers with employee’s is Tammy’s perfect job come to life, and she looks forward to making that connection with our clients.
