Having built both her career and life in rural Australia, Natalie understands that agriculture is more than an industry – it’s a way of life. As the co-owner of a family-owned and operated rural fencing and contracting business for the past decade, she has worked alongside producers across New South Wales and Queensland, gaining first-hand insight into the people, businesses and challenges that shape Australian agriculture.

More recently, Natalie and her family relocated to the Liverpool Plains region, where they have embraced the rural lifestyle and become part of a vibrant agricultural community. This move has further strengthened her appreciation for the people, businesses and industries that are the backbone of regional Australia.
With more than 20 years of experience in recruitment, leadership, human resources and business management, Natalie brings a practical, people-first approach to every conversation. Having recruited, interviewed and supported employees throughout her career, she understands that successful recruitment isn’t simply about filling a vacancy—it’s about creating lasting partnerships that benefit both employers and candidates.
