Jim is a highly experienced livestock and farm operations professional with a strong background across cattle, sheep, dairy, and mixed farming systems. He has held senior roles, leading teams of up to ten staff and contractors. He is confident with modern farm software such as AgriWebb, Gallagher, TrueTest, and Mobble.
Jim brings extensive hands on livestock capability, from large scale cattle and sheep processing to low stress handling, AI preparation, calving, lambing, and weaner education. A skilled horseman and competent musterer, Jim also offers broad machinery experience—GPS tractors, dozers, graders, excavators, loaders, and feedlot equipment.
Jim is competent with all mechanical repairs, welding, fencing, water infrastructure repair, and general property maintenance. Jim’s cropping experience includes cereals and grains, air seeding, direct drilling, fertiliser spreading, spraying (ChemCert), hay production, and header operation.
With a HC truck licence, multiple agricultural qualifications, and a strong safety focus, Jim is a reliable and versatile asset. Married with a young family, who are all extremely keen in agriculture, Jim is committed, family oriented individual wanting a long-term stable opportunity for him and his family.
