Jim’s experience at broadacre includes ground preparation, ripping, scarifying, ploughing, and cultivating, as well as airseeder experience to get the crops in the ground. Jim is also very mechanically minded and competent in property maintenance, including mig welding and fencing.
In the sheep yards, Jim demonstrates a high level of all skills, including shearing, crutching, drenching, and lambing. He can muster on a bike, quad or buggy and is capable of maintaining water infrastructure (solar/mono pumps) and repairing yard fencing on the fly.
