Shane is seeking an Overseer or Assistant Manager position in Queensland. He brings extensive experience across all aspects of cattle work – from mustering and processing to branding and weaner education. He has strong skills in property development and maintenance including water systems, fencing, and general repairs. He is also competent in welding. Shane is confident with low-stress stock handling and can confidently operate machinery such as graders, loaders, bobcats, and forklifts. He also holds an MR truck licence and he’s confident in completing services, changing parts, bearings, and general maintenance across vehicles, bikes, and tractors.
Shane is keen to get back into station life and, together with his family, is looking for a long-term role where he can contribute his skills, experience, and strong work ethic to a progressive operation.
