Guy is a skilled and reliable Bore Runner with extensive experience across water infrastructure, machinery operation, and general station maintenance. His background includes leading-hand maintenance roles, machinery and station work, fencing, truck driving, and more than 35 years managing beef and dairy properties.
Referees consistently describe him as excellent, dependable, and, “He’s one of the good ones.” He has strong hands-on capability with pumps, bores, windmills, tanks, troughs, poly pipe, and general repairs and installs, supported by solid mechanical aptitude and confidence operating a wide range of machinery.
With experience mustering in the Pilbara and working with both cattle and sheep, he brings a practical, low-stress approach to station work. His broad skill set makes him well suited to a Bore Runner role in remote WA, with the ability to check cattle and repair fencing along the way.
Guy holds relevant licences and certifications and is Q-Fever vaccinated. His wife Jackie is travelling with him and is keen to take on domestic station duties such as gardening, cooking for small groups, or assisting with bore runs. Together, they offer a reliable, well-rounded option for any station.
