Melissa is an enthusiastic and committed young Station Hand looking for her next role. With a range of skills that would be a positive for any property she is well worth consideration for a Station Hand or Leading Hand position. Working on cattle properties over the last couple of years, she is noted for her cattle skills and is a confident musterer on bikes, quads and buggies but prefers horses.
She is all over most aspects of a station operation including animal husbandry, yard work, R&M of waters and fences, welding, and reasonable mechanical skills. She has also turned her hand to machinery operation, ag software and has worked as a Leading Hand. In addition, Melissa has some experience with hay and forage as cattle feed.
Easy to get along with, Melissa is known to be up early ready to work and cannot be faulted for her work ethic. Her referees speak highly of her attitude and willingness to get and get the job done.
