Growing up on a cotton, wheat, sorghum and cattle farm near Wee Waa, Bec spent her entire life deeply embedded in the rural sector, understanding its challenges and incredible rewards firsthand. This background has given Bec many experiences, and she’s worn many of hats, from the office administration to logistics, marketing and of course the paddock. Bec know the difference between a good fit and a great fit. Bec’s core focus as a recruiter is being committed to establishing reliable, honest, and high retention working environments.
