Simon is a highly experienced Station Manager with a proven track record leading large-scale beef cattle operations. With extensive experience across station management, livestock production, cropping, and hay operations, he combines strong leadership with a practical, hands-on approach to running productive and efficient enterprises. An advanced cattleman, Simon has expertise in all aspects of livestock production, including breeding programs, AI management, preg testing, low-stress stock handling, and large-scale mustering.
He also brings solid cropping experience, including rotational grazing, improved pastures, fodder production, and hay operations. He is confident in all aspects of stock water infrastructure and water management. Highly mechanically minded and a capable welder, Simon is experienced operating and maintaining a wide range of machinery and equipment.
Simon holds an MC licence and is comfortable transporting livestock, hay, grain, and gravel. Just as capable in the office as he is in the paddock, Simon has experience with station reporting, budgeting, operational planning, and leading both small and large teams.
