Jack is a young, fit and capable Station Hand looking for an opportunity within a small crew where he can continue building his skills under the guidance of an experienced mentor. He has developed a strong foundation through previous farm and station work, with hands-on experience in cattle processing, mustering, horse riding, weaner education and general livestock handling. He is also confident operating quads, buggies and tractors and has experience working as ground crew for helicopter and plane mustering.
Alongside his livestock skills, Jack brings good machinery and mechanical aptitude, including experience operating dozers, graders, excavators, loaders, telehandlers and bobcats, as well as haymaking, fencing, yards, stock waters and general property maintenance. He is practical, hardworking and willing to have a go, with good literacy and computer skills. Jack understands he still has plenty to learn and is keen to find the right mentor and station where he can develop his knowledge, improve his skills and grow into a well-rounded and reliable Station Hand.
