If you’re looking for someone who can step into a senior role and hit the ground running, Wes is well worth a conversation. Currently working as an Operations Manager, Wes is looking to relocate to the Darling Downs region and secure a long–term position within a couple of hours of Goondiwindi. He’s not chasing the next short–term move – he’s looking for the right operation where he can settle in and become a valuable part of a team for years to come.
Coming from a strong broadacre cropping background, Wes has hands-on experience across all aspects of cropping production, from ground preparation and planting through to spraying, harvesting, and everything in between. He has worked across both dryland and irrigation farming and understands what it takes to keep an operation running efficiently throughout the season. Along with his cropping knowledge, Wes is confident servicing and maintaining machinery, leading staff, ordering parts, reporting, and working closely with agronomists and owners to achieve production goals.
He also brings experience in property development and is competent in operating dozers, graders, excavators, and other earthmoving equipment. Holding an MC Licence, he’s comfortable wherever the job takes him. What really stands out about Wes is the feedback from his referees. They speak highly of his reliability, honesty, maturity, and ability to get the job done without fuss. More than one reference has said they’d have him back in their operation any day of the week.
Whether you’re looking for an Assistant Manager ready to have him take a step up to be your experienced Operations Manager, Wes will help drive your business forward, Wes could be exactly the person you’ve been searching for all this time.
