Jake, Millie and their three children are keen to join a business where they can settle down long term and fully embrace the Australian lifestyle. Originally from NZ, they are farm owners, but have always wanted to experience the Australian farming industry. They are experienced with cattle mainly, having their own dairy farm plus running beef cattle. The whole family is confident on horses as well as bikes, quads and side by sides. Jake is very experienced with AI and is responsible for their own breeding programs. They have plenty of experience with fodder cropping also.
Jake is also a handy machine operator, having experience with dozers, graders, excavators, loaders, bobcats, backhoes, laser buckets, scrapers and telehandlers. Jake has previously installed his own irrigation system on farm, has experience with water pumps, fencing, and is a handy welder, often doing his own repairs and maintenance on farm. Jake is mechanically minded, capable of maintaining machinery and vehicles plus changing parts. He currently has his HR Truck licence, and will be upgrading in the near future.
