She is proficient in using crush-side livestock management systems such as Gallagher and StockBook, ensuring accurate livestock recording and efficient processing. She is equally capable with station repairs and maintenance, with experience in fencing, stock water maintenance, spot spraying, and MIG welding.

Pepper is confident operating a range of farm machinery, including tractors, loaders, and on-farm trucks. Committed to continuous professional development, Pepper has completed qualifications in administration, veterinary nursing, equine dentistry, leadership, and pregnancy testing, bringing a diverse and valuable skill set to any operation.
