If you’re looking for a Station Cook who can hit the ground running, keep a kitchen humming, and feed a hardworking crew with quality, homestyle meals, then meet Alice. With a background in commercial baking, cake decorating, camp cooking, and hospitality, Alice is a versatile allrounder who knows exactly what it takes to keep crews well fed and happy.
She has experience catering for 10 to 40 people, confidently preparing everything from hearty cooked breakfasts and smoko to fresh sandwiches, burgers, steak sandwiches, salads, homemade cakes, muffins, slices, and dinners.
Alice isn’t just a great cook, she’s organised in the kitchen and is confident with menu planning, prep, stock receiving, inventory management, food safety, as well as cross-contamination and dietary requirements. Beyond the kitchen, Alice is happy to lend a hand wherever needed and is capable of assisting with grounds maintenance, making her a valuable all–round member of any station team.
Alice is reliable, adaptable and ready to relocate. She is looking to settle into a long-term station cook role in QLD, where she can put down roots, become a valued member of the team, keep hardworking crews well fed, and lend a hand wherever it is needed.
