Hunter is an experienced Senior Farm Manager with a strong background in both irrigated and dryland cropping operations. His experience spans irrigation, ground preparation, cotton and cereal production, spray rig and header operations and overseeing a full cropping cycle from planting straight through to harvest.

Through his career, Hunter has held leadership positions including Regional Production Manager, Branch Manager, and Farm Manager, where he has successfully led, trained, and mentored staff. He is passionate about building strong team cultures and ensuring employees have the skills, confidence, and support to perform as their best. Hunter leads by example and is hands-on and is respected for his practical approach in managing both people and farm operations.

He is highly experienced in managing irrigation and water infrastructure, welding, machinery maintenance, scheduling, reporting, and coordinating the day–to–day farm operations to maximise productivity and efficiency. Hunter is a practical and solutions–driven manager who thrives in improving farm systems and tackling challenges.
