Cassie is an experienced Livestock Hand with a background across feedlot operations, mixed farming and sheep work. She is confident inducting and processing cattle, pen riding, working through grass-fed programs, and can competently perform all aspects of yard work. Her recent training in AI and preg-testing adds valuable capability, and she has practical sheep experience through roustabout and lamb-marking roles.
A capable horse rider, Cassie musters confidently on horses, quads and buggies, and brings two horses with her. She is familiar with low-stress stock handling, computer savvy, and proficient with StockaID. Cassie can operate tractors, has all the basic mechanical aptitude needed, and is reliable with property maintenance including fencing repairs and checking/cleaning stock waters. She holds a Certificate III in Agriculture, ChemCert, AI & Fertility Management qualifications, Reproscan Pregnancy Testing training, First Aid & CPR, RSA, and an open manual licence.
