Meet Harry – an experienced Livestock Manager ready for his next opportunity! If you’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and keep a large-scale cattle operation running smoothly, Harry is the kind of person you want on your team.
With a strong background as a Livestock Manager, Leading Hand, and Contract Musterer, Harry brings extensive hands-on experience managing operations of up to 4,000 breeders and 3,000 backgrounders. Whether it’s planning the day’s work, leading a team, or getting the job done in the yards, he’s equally comfortable in the office as he is in the paddock. Harry is a confident and capable Stockman with experience mustering on horseback, motorbikes, quads, and buggies, and takes pride in low–stress stock handling and efficient livestock management. He has proven experience supervising staff, coordinating contractors, managing logistics, recording cattle movements, preparing reports, and using computer-based management systems to keep operations organised and productive.
Beyond livestock, Harry is highly skilled in property maintenance, including water infrastructure, fencing, welding, fabrication, and yard repairs. Holding an HR truck licence, he’s a practical, reliable all-rounder who isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves wherever he’s needed.
Most importantly, Harry is looking for more than just the next job – he and his young family are ready to put down roots in QLD. He’s seeking a long-term opportunity where he can contribute his experience, leadership, and strong work ethic to a progressive cattle operation.
If you’re after a dependable manager who leads from the front and takes genuine pride in the success of the property, Harry is well worth a conversation.
